• Customer-Paid Returns: Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
• Company-Error Returns: If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item shipped or a manufacturing defect), we will cover all shipping expenses both ways.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to their bespoke nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
